Mouse hybridoma monoclonal antibody
Since hybridoma technology was established, the applications of mouse antibody have been very well developed in the research and in the biopharmaceutical industry (drug antibody discovery). The advantages of mouse hybridoma monoclonal antibody include: high affinity, high specificity, mature antibody discovery strategy and easy post modification. Compare to phage display, hybridoma technology is cost-effective for harvesting 1 – 20 clones. It is thus widely used in early stage research and/or in some projects that does not require further antibody engineering.

The application guaranteed monoclonal antibody service is a one-stop-shop service that follows a high standard from the initiation till the delivery result. The bioinformatic team will analyze and design the immunogen according to the protein sequence. Vivo-Prot™ protein expression will be used to generate original conformation protein for immunization and screening. The host animal will then be immunized by a hybrid immunization method involving DNA, peptide, protein and/or cell line together with patent adjuvant. In the end, the serum/supernatant will be tested/validated according to the designated application to guarantee the project success.
