AccuPAGE™ Precast Gel is an open-to-use mini protein gel applied for protein electrophorsis and followed by Western Blotting. Formulated with either Tris-Glycine or Bis-Tris, AccuPAGE™ Precast Gel offers multiple choice of gel concentrations, allowing broad range of proteins weighted within 3kDa to 300kDa with high resolution band. AccuPAGE™ Precast Gel does NOT contain SDS, which enables the gel to be used for both native-PAGE or denaturing-PAGE.
