Directions Solution
A: 0.2M sodium phosphate, dibasic dehydrate (Na2HPO4•2H2O) Add 35.598g Na2HPO4•2H2O
into 800mL ultra-pure water and dissolve well till no particle observed. Then
add ultra-pure water till 1L. Solution
B: 0.2M sodium phosphate, monobasic, monohydrate (NaH2PO4•H2O). Add 27.598g NaH2PO4•H2O
into 800mL ultra-pure water and dissolve well till no particle observed. Then
add ultra-pure water till 1L. Mix Solution
A and Solution B at indicated volume, according to your desired pH. Test
the pH and adjust it with 5M HCl or 5M NaOH, if necessary. Then
add ultra-pure water till 1L. |
