Recombinant Expi293 cells stably overexpress Spike-protein (SARS-CoV-2) in intercellular (secreted expression). The secreted expression of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein is validated by WB, His tag binding and SDS-PAGE analysis. This stable cell line product is designed for producing S-protein, or to study cell interaction. |
